On November 15th, we upgraded to a new bill payment system. This new system has more features and is easier to use. At the same time, it makes processing payments more efficient. This upgrade will facilitate new mobile banking features that we will be introducing in early 2019.
In order to make this important upgrade, members who wish to use the new and enhanced bill pay will need to re-register. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, but the new and enhanced services provide greater ease and convenience for billing and payment options.
Payment history from prior to November 15th is not be available online after the upgrade. If you need this information, we’ll be happy to gather it for you.
